from the Baroque repertoire.
They have a particular interest in music by female Baroque composers
and are recipients of Continuo Foundation 2026 funding for a project celebrating
the extraordinary lives and music of women composers of the Baroque era.
They were selected for the NCEM/BBC New Generation Baroque Ensemble
Development Day at the Royal College of Music in 2025 and 2026.
The musicians are graduates of the Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Music
and Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Individually they play with prestigious groups including the Orchestra of the Age
of Enlightenment, Florilegium and The Academy of Ancient Music and Gabrieli.
They play on Baroque period instruments.
The concert will feature music by well known composers of the Baroque period
as well as by female composers including Élisabeth Jacquet de La Guerre
